** Please wear old clothes and shoes – we use professional art materials! Things tend to get very MESSY and covered in paint!
** Please fill out a registration form and return the form by the end of the first class. It is very important we have contact information.
Policies and Information -
Parents are responsible for committing to the entire term or the portion of time remaining in the term if late registration is accepted.
Total session (Oct to Dec 16th - 11 classes) cost of $174 plus gst = $182.70
Classes will be pro-rated if joining in at a later date.
Visa, Mastercard, Cheque or cash only please.
Please call the studio at your earliest convenience to arrange payment.
**All payments must be received within 5 days of registration
Payment Plan
Session cost may be divided into three equal payments. First cheque should be dated with the present date to confirm.
- Present 1st- $60.90
- November 1st - $60.90
- December 1st - $60.90
All cheques must be submitted if choosing the payment option.
If not, please pay total session amount. Cheque payments payable to 4Cats Arts.
Books
Great books about the Artists we are studying are recommended.
If you would like to pre-order the Fall Artist Book Package (2 books) please add $23.98 plus gst = $25.18
Many of our books are written, illustrated and published by 4Cats!
** Students have two classes to decide if the program is for them.
If not, 1/2 of session cost may be refunded.
NO REFUNDS or credit after the second class.
Please note - There is a $20 administration charge on all NSF cheques.
Make up Class Policy - Please Read!
For ages 3 and up, make up classes are available to ensure students are able to complete projects. There is not an art history component to these classes.
The make up classes are scheduled once every 2 weeks.
*We are unable to offer 2 year old make up classes.
*We are unable to offer make up classes for any specialty classes we may offer including the Clay, Drawing , Production Studio and Star Wars classes.
*Please note that students may not like attending the make up classes. The other students and teacher may be unfamiliar to them.
*The make up classes are mixed ages.The make up class time sign up sheets is available at the front desk - 8 spaces available per class.
**If your child is able to catch up in their regular class please do not book a make up class.
Times are set solely to ensure students are able to keep up with the class projects.
These set times are the only times we are able to allow make up classes.
Parents are solely responsible for signing up for these times.
Please only attend if your child's name is on the "Make Up Class List" at least one day in advance of make up class date, otherwise we will not be able to prepare.
**We ask that parent’s sign the student's up for only 1 make up class per month.
**Make up classes do not carry over to a new artist session.
**Classes cannot be pro-rated for time missed.
Pick up and Drop off
**The classroom will be open 5 minutes before the class is to commence.
Parents are responsible for picking up the students on time.
**Please note that these are drop off classes unless otherwise stated.
We are unfortunately unable to provide a waiting area.
